Reiki 2: Deepening Practice & Distance Healing – Sun 20 Oct
There’s a part of every living thing
That wants to become itself:
The tadpole into the frog,
The chrysalis into the butterfly,
A damaged human being into a whole one.
That is spirituality.

You began your own personal journey with Reiki when you were attuned to the 1st Degree. That initial attunement opened your crown, heart and palm chakras (energy centres), creating a pathway through which the universally guided life force, named Reiki by Mikaomi Usui, can flow, whenever you require and intend it to flow for the highest good of all concerned.
Reiki is a subtle energy and, as Reiki students, you learn to tune into it and begin to trust its innate intelligence. The 1st Degree reconnects us with our physicality. It opens the door to developing sensitivity, intuition and compassion. The Reiki 1st Degree attunement is often the most uncomfortable of all the attunements. This is mostly due to the fact that it tends to bring up personal issues that we have been struggling with in our lives. Difficult thoughts and emotions can begin to surface as the Reiki begins to push through our negative self concepts and areas where personal growth is stunted. This is why self healing is the emphasis of Reiki I and why I teach the Degrees separately.
The Reiki 2nd Degree attunement is comparatively gentler that the first. It works mainly in the Etheric Body which resembles and surrounds the Physical Body. The Etheric Body’s function is to connect the Physical Body to the energies of the Astral Body (the realm of the feelings), the Mental Body (the realm of thoughts) and the Causal Body (the realm of the whole or higher self). In 2nd Degree Reiki you learn further tools to empower you on the path toward self knowing, healing and wholeness.
A one day workshop, you will need to be attuned to Reiki 1 to take part in this workshop.
At the end of the day, you will received a manual and certificate.
