Pilates Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am



These classes will focus on the ‘ABC’
A – Abdominals and Anti-Ageing, keeping our core strong will help maintain good posture and good overall body movement.
B – Balance and Bone Health, stop that ageing process by maintaining and improving your balance in different positions and loading our bones safely to maintain and improve bone health.
C – Circulation and Control, improve your circulation with movement keeping our heart healthy and also moving with control, improving strength and flexibility – learning or relearning good movement to avoid or recover from injury
These classes are suitable for beginners and improvers, for all ages, and for both men and women.
My classes are mat based, so you will need to be able to lower yourself down onto the floor and get up again independently.
You will need to bring a mat and head cushion. I can provide you with any other materials and props used throughout the class.
The studio is accessed by stairs so you must be able to walk up & down stairs independently.
