Group Psychotherapy

Group psychotherapy is when a small group of people meet regularly with a therapist to work on their difficulties together.
The current group offer is for women with attachment and relational trauma. If you are female and feel a general sense of stuckness/unhappiness/loneliness despite having what seems like an ‘ok’ life and you recognise a history of early life trauma, then this is the group for you.
The group initially offers a semi structured 8-session model, this means alongside an open analytical space to explore together, each session (90mins) will also have a therapist-led structured/experiential element. Following the completion of the 8 sessions, participants are very welcome to continue on in a fully open-ended approach.
The group in very inclusive and particularly welcomes ‘women of colour’ and members of the LGBQT+ community.
* 4-8max participants per group. Please contact Dr. Aysha Begum directly to find out more.
** Other group offers include: groups for men with attachment and relational difficulties, ASD in adults, parents, sexual trauma, and addiction.
