Snack: Sliced pepper dipped in hummus

Dinner: As lunch but add the choice of lean red meat.

It may seem like far too much food for you but please remember that if you leave your body without anything to eat for too long it will assume that it is starving and turn anything that comes its way into fat cells in order to survive. This is why a lot of diets do not work and why the 5:2 or a sensible detox does.

But getting rid of, or limiting the amount of sugar in your diet is not just about losing, or controlling weight. It is a health choice.

To break the habit of eating sugar for good why not try Hypnotherapy (a means of positively altering patterns of behaviour, thoughts or feelings that can also be applied to many different problems)
