Martha Rose

I am a yoga teacher who believes that through inspiring people to take time to nurture their bodies and minds they can lead happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives. I believe this as I have experienced it first hand, and now want to share it with you.

In 2018 I decided to start sharing the power and joy I felt from yoga with others, and so completed my ashtanga vinyasa teacher training at the Kagyu Samye Dzong London Tibetan Buddhist Centre. This kick started my life as a teacher, but my passion for learning and sharing yoga didn’t stop there. I have gone on to complete trainings in yin yoga and meridian theory, restorative yoga, advanced anatomy and injury management and meditation.

What is it like to practice with me?

Every practice together is yours. Whether we are moving through a more dynamic or supporting ourselves in passive floor based practice, I am here as your guide, your facilitator, your helping hand; but the discovery of yoga is all yours, in whatever guise it takes.

I provide the space and the practice, but you bring yourself to the mat each time, because you know the impact yoga has on your body and mind. You feel its power every time you practice; not just in the moment, but long after too.

I invite each of you into this space and to welcome in your happier, healthier and more fulfilled life.
