Breathwork

Breathwork is a holistic practice that has been used for centuries to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The history of breathwork is rooted in ancient cultures and spiritual traditions, with different forms of breathwork being practiced in various parts of the world for thousands of years.
Working with your breath affects the physical, emotional and spiritual. Exploring our breathing patterns and healing them has a number of benefits, including reduced anxiety, improved sleep and stress management, integration of unprocessed emotions, improved posture, connecting with the body, achieving a greater sense of clarity and peace, to name just a few.
Functional breathing can improve dysfunctional breathing patterns through short and simple exercises. Depending on the current state of your breath, a programme of exercises is devised to gently correct the breathing pattern. Functional breathing is essential for good sports performance.
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is an exploratory and self-healing modality. It anchors you in your body, through conscious, diaphragmatic breathing over a period of time – 30-60 mins. Practicing regularly opens up the breathing pattern and gradually helps release unprocessed emotions stored in the body. It helps improve one’s relationship with their body, and unlocks the body’s ability to heal itself.
