Therapies: Sports Injuries

There is a misunderstanding about Sports Therapy as it is not just for the athlete. It works with muscle group actions, gait analysis and homework, in the form of safe stretches and exercises. It is deep massage but not necessarily \"hard\" or \"painful\".

Past and present injuries are dealt with including not just a pulled hamstring on the pitch but also a twisted ankle in the garden! It works on pressure points similar to shiatsu to help relieve pain – as well as traditional massage movements.
