TAI CHI COURSE – Mondays 1.45-2.45pm

Taichi practice touches body, mind and spirit. It can improve your general body condition, balance and co-ordination, helps reduce stress and increases body and mind relaxation. As an exercise, it is gentle and energetic at the same time.             .

Learning Taichi can be a lifelong process: although you can feel the benefits as a beginner, there are always new areas to explore and improve upon. It originated as a martial art but its practice now is often more focused on health.

In this class, we will look at some basic principles of Taichi and will practice movements of the introductory form of the Chen style.
