Slow Flow Yoga

Using creative sequencing to link mindful movement with breath awareness, Taz nurtures a playful approach to practice and a chance to connect with your true self both on and off the mat.

Her approach is non-dogmatic and draws on a variety of styles and influences, encouraging you to explore your practice and find your own definition of yoga. We move slowly, with intention and supported by a steady fullness of breath.

There’s something for everyone – whether you’re dipping a toe in the water or you’ve already dived in.
