Pauline holds a Psychology degree from the London Guildhall University, and graduated from the National School of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in 1997.

Her therapeutic approach uses a combination of solution focused therapies, aimed at helping you to become \'unstuck\', and move on.

A trained teacher and psychotherapist, Pauline runs therapy based courses for adult education institutes and also works in private practice.

She offers group and one to one therapy aimed at helping people to overcome difficulties in all areas of their life.
