Power Pilates

Power Pilates is a new type of class with the added twist of using equipment with power moves simple effective moves to improve and build posture strength endurance balance coordination : improving deconditioned muscles for the whole body together with positive effects on confidence and wellbeing

Power Pilates classes are fun and easy to follow, with great rewards for you and your body, improving Health, Fitness, Strength, Flexibility, Mobility, Posture, Balance, Suppleness, Stamina, Endurance, Body Shape, and improvements to your Self Esteem and Confidence.

Pat’s style of teaching is relaxed, friendly encouraging, motivating & sociable, helping people to realise their individual potential and goals. Pat believes that fitness can be achieved at any age; it has been proved that exercise significantly contributes to greater health e.g Aerobic endurance, body composition, strength, muscular endurance & flexibility also skill related e.g speed, reaction time, co-ordination, balance, and agility.
