I have been teaching fitness for over 20 years, in the last 10 years  I have also been working people with medical conditions  whereby exercise has been shown to significantly improve their wellbeing. I am passionate about helping people regain and rediscover their health and fitness.

I am qualified in the maintenance of Health and Well Being from Loughborough College, and teach daily people with medical conditions such as:

Fitness can be achieved at any age; it has been proved that exercise significantly contributes to greater health e.g Aerobic endurance, body composition, strength, muscular endurance & flexibility also skill related e.g speed, reaction time, co-ordination, balance, and agility.

My POWER PILATES classes are fun and easy to follow, with great rewards for you and your body, improving Health, Fitness, Strength, Flexibility, Mobility, Posture, Balance, Suppleness, Stamina, Endurance, Body Shape, and improvements to your Self Esteem and Confidence.

I am qualified in GP Referral and teach people with specific medical conditions.
