Experience balance, inner-peace and strength to approach your life with a sense of presence yet ease. Manage your daily stress while feeling energised and looking forward to your day.

The class will progress into various techniques and styles of meditation.  We will experience mindfulness meditation, visualisation, loving-kindness meditation plus we will learn how to connect deeper to our bodies and senses.

Join this meditation class and find all the resources you need within yourself. Create your own personal space for inner balance and cultivate your meditation practice.

In this weekly class you’ll learn to:

  • Develop personal awareness and live in the present,
  • Manage your emotions,
  • Cultivate kindness, compassion and gratitude,
  • How to deal with distractions,
  • And many more

You’ll leave the class relaxed yet restored, feeling refreshed and ready for your day.

We will be sitting on the floor but chairs are available if you feel this is more comfortable for you.

The session will be hosted by Amelia Miraut who is a meditation teacher, wellness coach and holistic health practitioner. Her initiation in meditation was a deep personal experience which helped her to manage stress and anxiety and overcome stressful situations in her life. Experiencing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness she is now passionate about sharing it with other people.
