In these days when the world is moving so fast and we start living without being present in our lives, the mindfulness meditation it’s a powerful technique and philosophy that can help us bringing awareness back into our bodies and don’t allow our thoughts and worries to become overwhelming.

The benefits of meditation are scientifically proven and practising meditation regularly helps us to release stress and anxiety, improve our cognitive capacity, improve our sleep but also improve our empathy, increase compassion and kindness.

This is an ongoing weekly class which introduces you into mindfulness and meditation. We will be covering the mindfulness philosophy and meditation techniques that you can then practice at home and integrate into your daily routine.
