Relax and rejuvenate in this in-person meditation class specifically for mother & baby.

Each class creates space for you to experience a guided healing meditation with an emphasis on calming the mind, cultivating inner peace and connect with your spiritual self. Practices will vary with an emphasis on building mindfulness, focus and being kind to yourself.  

Our meditation classes offers your baby lots of benefits from calming and relaxing them, to improving their awareness around them and of course making your bond even stronger.

Mama and baby meditation runs in the studio every Wednesday @ 10.00am. These classes are specifically for Mother & baby & also a great way to meet other mamas.

Each class lasts 1 hour, meditation 45 minutes plus additional 15 minutes questions queries & settling in. Newborn babies – sitting up/newly crawling babies 

Mama and baby meditation classes £12 per class. Booking essential. 6 spaces ( + 6 babies)
