Indera (also known as Indi) is a graduate of the British School of Osteopathy, London. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Classical Osteopathy and has attended Sutherland Cranial College courses. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Women’s Health Osteopathy from the Molinari Institute of Health.  She is a Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor at the London School of Osteopathy.  Prior to retraining as an Osteopath, Indi followed a twenty year career in the NHS as a London based nurse (RGN), midwife (RM) and health visitor (Pg Dip HV), where she developed a committed belief to the health and wellbeing of all family members from pregnancy through to the elderly.

Indi offers individually tailored treatments for all ages and is becoming increasingly sought after for her work with pregnancy, mother and baby and young children. With all patients she is highly appreciative of the ability of the human body’s capacity for healing and self-repair and her aim is to support and maintain the individual’s return to health with follow up provision and advice.

Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopathy are highly effective treatments for; back, neck and joint pain; pregnancy; children & babies; sport injuries; headaches; and bladder & bowel discomforts. It uses physical techniques to re-balance and provide support for the body in order to harness its remarkable capacity for self-repair.

Cranial osteopathy is not different to osteopathy, it is the name given to a subtle and refined approach to osteopathy that follows all the principles of osteopathy, and it is used throughout the body not just in the head. The name cranial osteopathy simply refers to the fact that it includes the structures inside the head.

Indi is a registered member of the General Osteopathic Council where further information about osteopathy can be found on their website,
