Find Your Calm, Meditation Made Easy Classes are led by Ntathu Allen, a qualified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, who loves helping busy stressed-out people to make time to nurture yourself, relax and calm your mind – especially at the end of an exhausting day!

***Don’t worry if you struggle to sit cross-legged on the floor! We will sit comfortably on chairs.***

Each class includes: Easy Yoga Breathing Practices, Gentle Yoga Stretches and Guided Meditation Techniques, all designed to help you meditate with ease and, support your desire for less stress and more calm in your life.
