Anna is a fully qualified chartered counselling psychologist and cognitive behavioural therapist. She has over seven years of experience in providing therapeutic support to individuals within a number of charity organisations and the NHS. Currently, she works for the NHS as a specialist counselling psychologist during the day, and offers private therapy in the evenings.

Anna helps individual clients, adults and young people who suffer from a variety of psychological difficulties including: depression, anxiety, managing emotions, phobia, PTSD, OCD, low self-esteem, identity issues, eating disorders, difficulties in daily functioning, managing life changes, bereavement and loss, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, communication and work-related issues.

She completed her doctorate degree at the University of Surrey, followed by completing a specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at King’s College London and is awaiting her British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) Accreditation. Anna trained alongside the best CBT practitioners and practised in the world-renowned Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT) at Maudsley Hospital. Her work is integrative, drawing on psychological knowledge and research.

Next to her strong CBT skills, she also offers psychodynamic psychotherapy and humanistic therapy. She uses mindfulness and systemic approaches, depending on the needs of the individual. In her work, she uses the most up-to-date, effective and efficient treatments to help her clients achieve their goals, improve wellbeing and become more in control of their lives. She regularly attends conferences and continues her professional development in order to provide high-quality support to all her clients. Her aim is to help, enable and empower each client to develop their own skills in dealing with their difficulties.

She is open, warm, non-judgemental and empathic. She works collaboratively with each person and treats all information received with the strictest confidence.
