*Please note that this course runs over a period of 9 weeks as there will be a week off for half-term with no class on 21st February

Who is this course for?
 
This eight-week Breathworks course is for anyone wanting to better manage the stress of everyday life, whether it’s related to work, family, health or relationships.
 
The course will introduce you to mindfulness tools such as meditation, to work with anxiety and tension in the body.

  • Eight weeks of lessons – more than 20 hours of class time
  • The Little Mindfulness workbook
  • Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress practice booklet
  • Access to guided meditations online (or by CD if preferred)
  • Weekly emails during the course

The course is open to all and will take place in a small group with a maximum of 8 participants.
