Beginners Meditation – In Studio

Enjoy this beginners in-person guided meditation class, to find peace and relaxation. 

In this class participants will be guided into meditation and breathing techniques to calm and connect the mind body and spirit. 

Practises will vary, with a holistic approach the guided journey will lead you into a state of relaxation to release the stresses of the day. 

Beginners meditation runs in the studio every Friday @ 10.00am.

Each class lasts 1 hour, meditation 45 minutes plus additional 15 minutes questions queries & settling in. All abilities are welcome to attend this class. 

Beginners Meditation – £12 per class. Booking essential. 6 spaces
